1. How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
Items ship within 24-48 hours of purchase unless the company is out of town on business. Items will take longer to ship if the company is traveling. First class and priority are the two shipping options. First class shipping takes 3-5 days and comes with tracking. The faster option is priority shipping which takes 2-3 days, comes with a tracking number, and $50 worth of insurance.
2. How do I know what size bracelet I wear?
Measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1" for a fitted bracelet and 1.25" for a more loose fit.
3. Do you repair broken jewelry?
Yes. I can fix jewelry even if you didn't originally buy it from me.
4. What happens if my necklace breaks?
All jewelry can be repaired. You will need to pay for shipping and a restringing fee. The fee is dependent on if materials are lost on the item and how long it takes to make the item. Payment can be made through PayPal. Please contact me for further instructions.
5. Will my wood bracelets fade or change colors?
Most wood jewelry that is not brown has to be dyed to achieve their color. Because of this after a while the beads will patina and have a more faded look. Ex. (Burgundy Ruin)
6. I'm interested in wholesale jewelry. Do you do that?
Absolutely. I do wholesale orders for musicians, non-profits, small businesses, etc. Please email me with your ideas and the quantity that you'd like. Most wholesale purchases have a minimum of 25 bracelets and 15 necklaces.
7. Will my items be sent in a box? If I need multiple boxes for multiple items is that a possibility?
All items will be sent to the recipient in one Kraft jewelry box. If more boxes are needed they can be added to the order for free but additional shipping charges may occur after the purchase. The original shipping amount only covers one jewelry box being shipped.
